SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at email@example.com.
USA: 2 – 5 business days
Canada: 10-15 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 5 business days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
In most cases the shipments will reach customers within the expected timeline that we advise through our tracking page. Occasionally, it can take a few more days.
In the unfortunate and rare event that it does not turn up at all, please check your payment and order confirmation email and ensure that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We will quickly organize a replacement.
If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, or if you want to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing it.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours after placing an order and we can change the size, color or cancel/refund your order.
We do not refund/exchange for a change of mind or errors you made in your order once the item has been processed or shipped or delivered. We may however, at our sole discretion, allow a store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Although a rare occurrence, if you do receive a damaged/misprinted item, then please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can organize a replacement. We will need you to send in a couple of pictures clearly showing the defect.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on your email order confirmation. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled.
If the size you received is different from what is stated on your order confirmation, get in touch with us at email@example.com immediately. We’ll let you know what your next steps are.
We do not offer a refund/exchange for a change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may however, at our sole discretion, allow a store credit on a case-by-case basis.
